Join Master Sommelier Alpana Singh for this informative wine “boot camp” to help you get geared up for the holiday entertaining season. Alpana will share her tips on selecting wines for holiday parties, the perfect wines for gift giving, stocking up your cellar and pairing wines for classic holiday dishes. You’ll taste Alpana’s 8 go-to wines that will add a festive flair to any occasion and receive a list of wine recommendations that can be purchased at your favorite wine shop. This is a sit-down classroom style session that will run approximately 90 minutes. Light refreshments (artisan cheese & housemade bread) will also be provided.
